How Much Protein Do You Need?

Protein is important for us in so many ways. It is a macro-nutrient which means we need a large amount of it in our diet. Our body is constantly using protein and it is important to pretty well every cell in our body. ( To see what importance protein has, please check out my blog on Protein)

So..how much protein do we need? That will vary on each person, depending on their weight and their body composition. I have included a video put out by HerbalifeIntl that does an excellent job outlining how we can determine we need personally. I’m sure you will find it very useful.
